Yes, "double A" used to love to read also, that's why she is so excited about Madeline. Maybe A can read George to M and M can read Brown Bear to A (you know A really does want to know what Brown Bear sees). Yay!! story time for A and M - what fun!!!
I want to know how Madeline can sit up straight and have her legs directly out in front of her, feet up. Wow, that's crazy! Madeline can you sit on Nana's legs so that she can sit like that? I'm guessing you and one of your parents would have to help me stand up again. Then I would have to kick from the knee down like a horse "what does a horse say" before I could actually move. You know, after some consideration, I'll just sit on the couch, thank you.
Madeline loves books. And she loves talking. And I love watching her read aloud to herself, completely unaware of everything else around her.
